Outlook Tasks Deleting Old Tasks

Many tasks are quick and completed in one day. A person can actually use the "Tasks" area of Outlook as a type of "to do" list, where the tasks need to be deleted at the end of the day. Any important "Tasks" that are supposed to be kept for future reference should be in "Tasks" sub folders. It is good practice to only leave short term tasks, such as going to the grocery in the main "Tasks" folder. At the end of the day you can delete these short term tasks. Practice the following activity to delete short terms tasks from your "Tasks" folder.
